This course focuses on the development of student designed interdisciplinary environmental research and advocacy projects. Student research will be informed by studies of historical and contemporary environmental movements, issues, and philosophies through seminal texts, films, and ecological studies. Students will learn how-to partner with conservation organizations, obtain relevant permits, and produce supportive-media representing their environmental research and advocacy projects.
