In an increasingly globalized world, leaders need the skills to resolve conflict across lines of difference. Sustained Dialogue (SD) is a five-stage dialogue-to-action model that requires participants to focus on transforming change-blocking relationships in order to address issues of diversity and social identity more effectively. Student moderators will engage in weekly readings and skill development for intercultural engagement.
