To by dynamic global citizens, students need skills to resolve conflicts across lines of difference. This course employs Sustained Dialogue, a five-stage dialogue-to-action model, to help students address the challenges of diversity and social identity more effectively. Students will increase their problem-solving skills for the multiple contexts they may encounter on campus, in their careers, and in their future community-related roles.
Prerequisite of at least 2 credits of UH 100-300 level hours required.
